Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms apply to theembodiedidentitycollective.com and to everything sold through it, including digital products and The Embodied Self mastermind. Embodied Identity Collective is operated by Charlesa Flatten ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Questions? Purchases and payment
- All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- When you buy, you agree to pay the full price shown at checkout.
- The 3- and 6-month Embodied Self options can be bought directly on this site. The 12-month option is by application only. If an application isn't accepted, no payment is taken.
All sales are final
- Digital products are delivered right away, so they can't be returned or refunded.
- The Embodied Self is a full financial commitment. Once you enroll, your payment is non-refundable, including if you stop attending or choose not to take part, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Mastermind members also sign a client agreement. If anything in it differs from these terms, the client agreement controls for the mastermind.
- If you have a problem with a charge, email us first at sayhi@theembodiedidentitycollective.com so we can make it right.
