Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, and anything you submit through our forms, including the mastermind application, email sign-ups, and messages you send us.
• Purchase information: when you buy something, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment details and billing address. We receive your name, email, billing address, and a record of the purchase. We never see or store your full card number.
• Program information: if you join a program, the name and contact details you use for our live calls (Google Meet) and our private community (Telegram).
• Technical information: basic data from your visit, such as pages viewed, browser, and device type, collected automatically by our website host.

How we use it

• To review applications, process purchases, and deliver the programs and products you buy.
• To send emails you asked for, such as the waitlist, newsletter, and program updates.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To run, secure, and improve our website and offers.
• To keep records required for taxes, accounting, and the law.

Who we share it with and how

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only what each one needs to do its job:

• Stripe, to process payments.
• MailerLite, to send email.
• Our website host, to run the site and its forms.
• Google Meet and Telegram, to hold program calls and our private community.

Information is shared with these providers electronically, through their secure systems, when you use the related part of our site or program. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How we protect it

• Our site uses encryption (HTTPS) to protect information sent through it.
• Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, which is certified to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard. Card numbers never touch our systems.
• Access to your information is limited to the people who need it to serve you, and our accounts are protected with passwords and account security settings.
• No method of sending or storing information online is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep application, purchase, and program records for as long as needed to deliver the program and meet tax and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing email any time using the link in any email.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing sayhi@theembodiedidentitycollective.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our site and offers are not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new date.
