The woman behind the collective

Meet Charlé

Charlesa Flatten, commonly known as Charlé, is the founder of Embodied Identity Collective. She's a writer, songwriter, and creator of experiences for women who already know who they want to be and are ready to stop reverting to who they've been.

I'm Charlé.

I make things that change how you experience yourself.

For women who enjoy evolving. Who enjoy reaching the edges of who they've been, and blowing past them anyway.

You know that feeling when you read something, hear something, and—

oh.

Something lands.

Not as information.

As recognition.

You suddenly see something about yourself that you couldn't quite see before. And the situation you've been trying to figure out, the decision you've been circling, the pattern you've been trying to change starts to look different.

You notice what you used to overlook.

You say the thing you would've swallowed.

You make the decision you've been circling.

You stop explaining.

You stop negotiating.

Not because you forced yourself into a new version of you.

Because something shifted in how you see yourself.

And that changes what feels possible. What you tolerate. What you choose. What you no longer need to convince yourself to do.

That's what fascinates me.

How the way you see yourself shapes the way you experience your life.

How understanding a pattern doesn't always mean you're free of it.

How one realization can change a decision, and how practicing a different way of being can change the decisions you make next.

How something that once felt so fucking hard can suddenly feel almost ridiculously simple.

Not because the work didn't matter.

Because something finally clicked.

That's what I make.

Things that meet you where you are, open up a perspective you hadn't considered, and give you that moment of:

Wait.

Oh, fuck.

How I came to this

I came to this from the inside.

I explored triggers, where they came from, healing, nervous system regulation. Some of it served me. But I noticed I could understand a trigger completely and still react. And every time I reacted, I took it as proof I wasn't healed enough yet.

What shifted was seeing that those experiences could be here without my life having to stop until they left.

That's the moment everything I make is built around.

The body of work that grew from this

Embodied Identity Collective brings together writing, songs, tools, experiences, conversations, and deeper spaces for women who want to understand themselves more deeply and explore what's possible beyond who they've been.

Because you can understand exactly why you do something and still keep doing it.

That's the territory I'm interested in. Not becoming someone else's idea of who you should be. Discovering what changes when you begin to experience yourself differently, and bringing that difference into the way you actually live.

What is Embodied Identity Collective?

The Embodied Self

The Embodied Self is my private mastermind for women ready to turn self-understanding into a different way of living.

Sometimes, seeing the pattern is the beginning. Living differently is where the work continues.

You're not trying to become someone else first. You don't have to be ready. You just have to be here.
